Standard Shipping to the UK is £4.45 and will be shipped in 1-3 Working Days.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on a Monday Morning.
Orders can also pick Click & Collect option due Salon Opening Hours (See Details on homepage). Please choose Collect on the cart & please contact me once you have received your collection email to arrange pickup time.

I hope all products meet your expectations if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchases or have changed your mind, Please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will offer exchange or credit note to fix the problem as best as i can.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you must email us prior to returning any items.

Please include your full name and reason for return. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
